I grant North Star Swim Team my permission to use photographs taken of my child during practice, meets, or team events in publications, advertising, and website content and in other communications related to the mission of North Star Swim Team.
Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
By accepting this agreement, I hereby verify that I understand and accept the terms of this policy.
