BILLING

How do I pay my dues and fees?

1. Log in to SportsEngine Motion using the app or via desktop (tutorial).
2. Go to "My Account" > "Billing Summary" and make a payment online.
 

COMMUNICATION

How do I add an additional email to my account?

1. While logged into SportsEngine Motion, go to "My Account" > Account Info > and scroll down to Account Contact Information.
2. Add Alternate email addresses and click Save.
3. 
Navigate to your email inbox.
4. In your inbox, open the email and click Verify Email. 

How do I receive text alerts through SportsEngine Motion?

How do I contact my athlete's coach?

For routine communications with coaches, please use their listed Contact Info email addresses (found in handbook).

Who should I contact with ______?

  • An issue that is group-specific or swimmer-specific: Training Group Coach
  • An issue that is with the group coach or swimmer-specific issue that did not get resolved by the training group coach:
    • First level contact – Team Administrator
    • Second level contact – Head Coach
  • An issue that concerns the overall swim team, financial, or administrative concerns: Team Administrator

 

TRAINING

How do I check my athlete's training group?

While logged into SportsEngine Motion, go to "My Account" > Account Info > Members > and click on your athlete's name. Scroll down to "roster".

 

USA SWIMMING

Why is USA Swimming membership required?

As a USA Swimming-sanctioned team, all members are required to carry USA-S memberships for both competition and insurance purposes.

NSST now manages all membership renewals - please contact the Team Administrator for more info.

How do I know if my athlete is ready to participate in a meet?

Your athlete's coach is the best resource for questions on meet readiness! Parents can chat with coaches after practice, or send them an email any time.
