On our team, the coaches are responsible for selecting events for meets. That may be in consultation with swimmers, or it may be solely a coach decision. The process becomes a bit more collaborative as swimmers progress from group to group. There is a notes section on the meet entry in which you can list desired/suggested events. We may or may not always agree with the selections but we do take those suggestions into account.

Meet Fees

• Fees vary by meet, but expect a flat entry fee and a per-splash fee
• Meet entries canceled or modified after the meet commitment deadline are not refundable
