Facility use update for The Rookery

One of our practice facilities – The Rookery – has implemented some new policies for teams that use their facilities, effective immediately. These policies are a significant change from how our members have previously utilized the facilities; please take a moment to review the policy changes below.


The Rookery Facility Use Policies

Check-In: Participants must check in with their name at the Guest Services Desk upon arrival. Staff will verify their listing on the roster.

Practice Session Seating: North Star families who do not have a Rookery membership are allowed to use the benches along the lap pool wall in the pool area if they plan to stay the duration of the swim team practice. Tables in the lobby area are reserved for members of the Rookery Activity Center. We ask families of North Star Swim Team to be aware of this policy change.

Pool Deck and Locker Rooms: North Star swimmers may continue to use the locker rooms before and after practice start/end time. However, North Star swimmers may not enter the pool area more than 5 minutes before practice start time. Continuing previous policy, swimmers may not use the splash pool or water slides.

Pickup: Parents should park in the designated parking lot for pickup. Please do not use the fire lane in front of the building for parking.
